Even if your employer pays for you, the costs of PPO's tend to be higher, so the portion you will pay for the family will also be higher. You probably want to save as much money as you can, as $30,000 is not much for a growing family of four, so you'll probably choose the HMO. Or at least someone mode suited for critiquing such things. Of course I wouldn’t want my friend to have to find out the side effects the hard way, so before I tell them to try it, I of course would suggest they ask a doctor. There may be other health problems caused by it. But if the pill does work, my friend may have also coke across other side effects related to taking the pill. But once they use the pill, they will see if it truly does work. Most people want muscle to be healthy, and taking a pill for that doesn’t exactly make you the healthiest person. If my friend still is set on getting the pill, I would tell them to get it even though I do not completely suggest they put that in their body. Without knowing how to use the muscle, it’s only good for showing off. Exercise would also train the body to know how to do things that require the muscle and would create a habit of gaining more. The advice I would give my friend is to first try a more natural way of gaining muscles, they may be shocked at what they find. There are many products that will actually give results fast, but those require exercise. A pill that guarantees muscle growth may be possible, but it will not work as great as my friend hopes.
